General Information

Where can I get more information about the colleges?

More information about the colleges can be found on the website of the international UWC organization (http://www.uwc.org). Through this site, you’ll also be able to reach the websites of the various colleges, and get more details. For information on the International Baccalaureate Certificate (the IB), visit www.ib.org

Is it possible to make an appointment with you?

Unfortunately, we are not able to meet every candidate (or their parents) in person within the first screening stage. Towards the second stage, there will be an evening where we will meet the parents of the candidates who have successfully moved on to the second stage. In addition, we are happy to answer any questions by email, and if necessary you can also provide a phone number.

What are the Admission Criteria?

The selection committee does not have a profile of a desired candidate, and the students admitted to the program each year are very different from one another. We are looking for candidates who are broad-minded, enterprising, mentally mature, demonstrate awareness and care for their environment, and who are socially active in various settings. In addition, there is a minimum threshold of the average grades required that are published each year on the site and in the forms, and applicants must have independent learning abilities in accordance with the college curriculum. That being said, anyone can apply – and has a chance of being accepted.
